Not so worthy. Initially I have plans of buying an Apple iPhone and later I purchased this mob on 3rd Mar at CROMA showroom in Hyderabad, it was good for 1month later started troubling me. When ever I access any application like Gallery, Mail etc. It automatically come out to the main window and again I need to go there but again its back to main window. Sometimes its hanging and sometimes I am able to see that I got a call but not able to answer as the touch is not working properly. Its really troubling me a lot. Coming to battery If I use net it lasts around 6-8 hours only. I am experiencing some touch problems also from the day one.
This is my 2nd Samsung mob facing the same prob. I think I have a taken a wrong decision.
Today I have visited a Samsung Service in Chennai which is located at Ambattur and they are telling that we will not do Servicing for the mobile which bought outside of Tamilnadu. They are saying that you mobile will have international software and if we do the software update this will be national one only. So you do contact in Andhra only.
This is really pathetic Service.
Friends, I have seen lots and lots people rushing to Samsung service center and waiting for long hours there for the mobile services.
I don’t say only Samsung is like this, but all the Smart phone are like this. They never care for the quality of the product.... Because of the huge competition the are just making new models and series and dumping to the customer.
Thanks for Samsung and mobile companies, for not caring about their customers.
