I have purchased a samsung mobile galaxy Just after using it I could find that I am not able to receive about 50% of calls as it was getting cut as soon as I put the receiving button on. I submitted the mobile within a week in the shop stating the problem. They accepted the mobile and after a few days, they said that the problem has been rectified. But again I could find that the same problem continued. Again I submitted the mobile in the shop. They sent the mobile to the repair center of samsung in service center
The authorised repair center of samsung returned the mobile so called repair after 15 - 20 days through anand stationers. When I collected the hand set the same problem continued but the rate of call cut reduced to 30 - 40% from 50%.
Again I deposited my mobile in the shop situated in hinoo. Even after more that a month, the mobile has not been returned to me
