Somewhere in October last year I was looking to change my mobile and I had only one thing in mind that was just to not buy Chinese handset and buy other good quality/secure one. I bought S20FE on 23rd October 2022 from ntel Mobile, a Samsung smartcafe outlet, Kalaburagi, Karnataka, since then I am repenting my decision of buying it. After buying this it become dead twice and hangs/restart daily many times.
I strongly belive Samsung is selling duplicate product in this region and it is being managed by your ASM. I am coming to this conclusion as I havent got any support from the service center . instead whenever I visit both service centers available here in Kalaburagi(one attached to Smartcafe and another SRV Service center) and I got humilated by them all the time.I also contacted customer care service center earlier but they were not helpful.
