Samsung galaxy s3 neo is great phone by samsung. it’s have 8mp camera with led flash but front camera is only 1.3 mp VGA. it’s upgraded to android 4.4.4 but it’s have battery problem if you upgrade it to Kitkat. if you are looking for Lolipop on this phone then just root your phone and download CM 12.1 rom with gapps and flash on it.
Since it’s unofficial but you can get real taste of Android 5.1.1 and it’s features. I test already and battery and camera quality improved in CM 12.1.
