I gifted this phone to my elder brother. He has been using it for more than a year now. Look and feel wise, It is(readwas) a good device - slim, good build quality.
Size & Built Up: Light and slim. 4.8 inch of screen display. It has an advantage that its bottom navigation buttoms. It is made of cheap samsung plastic material(not up to mark).
Display: Super AMOLED display, crisp and sharp(but it doesnt match Moto G3 IPS display).
User Interface: Samsung has done lot of tweaking in android and has make it more user friendly.
Camera: Good camera performence. Its 8 MP camera is very good compared to todays 13 MP that other brands are carrying.
Touch: Touch of S3 Neo is quite good.
Speakers: Sound quality coming out of speakers isnt very good. Not good for listening songs via speaker.
RAM: 1.5 GB, good enough for regular use.
Memory: 16 GB internal(expandable up to 64 GB with external memory cards). Though 16 GB is good enough but Samsung bloatware take quite disk space.
Heating: Heavily heating. It is heated even while surfing Internet. I fear it might destroy the motherboard soon.
Android OS: Android Kitkat(with no OS update).
I spent 22k for this phone. These days its available for just 11k(on Flipkart).
But before you buy, think if its worth to spend your hard earned money on this device where there is no commitment on Android OS updates.
Its still stuck with Android KitKat when Android Marshmallow has already been announced.
Also phone is full of many useless Samsung bloatware that contributes to disk space as well as make the phone slow too.
When a buyer has options like Moto G3 with 4G, water resistant, gorilla glass protection, etc., then why would one purchase an inferior device with same price tag.
All in all, it WAS a good phone. Not anymore!
