It has screwed the experience of using a 30K phone.
After the Android 4.3 Update the phone has only gotten worse.I was such an avid Android fan & advocate but I guess it’s time to switch to Apple. Samsung Mobile you’ve ruined the smart phone experience for me.
We buy a smart phone to simplify our life and not complicate even further.Samsung - when you pay 30K for a phone, you expect service apart from just a piece of brick. It’s been really a year of torture of not knowing how to get this issue resolved. Tried going to a Samsung service center - waited for more than 1.5-2 hrs. and after keeping the phone for 1 week( without a stand-by replacement) they returned it to me saying they have re-formatted it. Really? I could also do that myself. Thanks
