The galaxy s4 is definetely a good device. It has a 13 mp rear camera wich really shoots good quality photos and videos and the front camera also takes good selfies. There are many camera modes which are really helpful sometimes.
When it comes to multitasking it becomes a little laggy. Other than that no problem and the device is full of many features. It also has an ir blaster and nfc for better connectivity. Has a snapdragon 615 proccessor and 2gig of ram wich does the job. And price is also good easily available under 15k
