I bought S4 10 days ago, the very second day I started noticing the call drop and data package drop. I thought it could be network issue. But then I noticed for a week, every first call dropped with in first few minutes and when the number is called back the second time there is no issue.
I took the phone to Samsung service center, they told they will reinstall the OS/software. I took the back up and gave them my phone for whatever they wanted to do to fix the issue. Today I got my phone back, I thought its finally over and I could enjoy my new phone, but the problem got worse. Now the call drop happens both first and second time. Data package gets dropped randomly. The phone hangs if I use music player or camera.
The camera clarity is very poor... well I can go on.. I have to go back to service center tomorrow, wait in the queue to talk to their technician ..spending good couple of hours on a weekday... not something you expect from a new phone especially after paying so much!...
I am going to demand a replacement from the company...I didnt pay to worry about mobile phone now!...
I bought headache for 40K, I can easily get that for free!
