Samsung is in works for releasing 4G in India in the coming months and still they chose to release a 3G only version in India. Yes they have taken us for granted. And why would you pay 50k for 3G only phone when you can get 4G for all leading manufacturers? You want to be future proof right, or do you want to again spend a fortune when 4G pops up? Sad and bad move Samsung. Plus the highly anticipated and powerful Snapdragon 801 was conveniently left out!
1st - This years samsung’s flagship galaxy S5 is is the least innovative phone & there is nothing new. A fingerprint scanner, heart rate sensor who needs this? Samsung is lacking of ideas so they put this non sense to attract customers. But its waterproof & dustproof which is good.
2nd - Why don’t samsung sell their snapdragon processor phone in India which supports 4G. If someone is spending 50k for a phone then it must be 2-3 years futureproof. The indian galaxy S5 units have exynos octa core which is not actually octa core but 2 quad core which doesn’t support 4G. There is lag in performance sometimes its only because of firmware I think.
3rd - There is no innovation in design. It doesn’t look premium at all. Samsung should learn from Htc & sony in design department.
4th- The display is Full Hd, it is stunning but over saturated. The viewing experience is great.
5th- The camera is 16 Mp & its the best android camera though I haven’t seen xperia z2’s camera. The focusing speed is so fast that you have never seen in a smartphone. Also it records 4K videos but its useless because you will need a 4k resolution Tv to get the best experience because the screen is full Hd not 4k.
I’m giving 1star only for its camera & display. I would recommend go for xperia z2 or Htc one M8. But xperia z2 is a great choice than htc one M8 because of after sale service & even sony is giving fitness band & body cover which total costs 7-8k for free.
finally I said do not buy s5. Its not worthy
