I have had 4 Samsung Galaxy phones. Two months ago I bought a new Galaxy S6. I have had nothing but problems. Samsung used to produce a quality product but this phone is not a quality product.
The phone I bought two months ago had to be constantly rebooted every few days. When I called Samsung about this - after spending hours with them - they said to go and get a new phone and return the defective phone.
Then now the new phone will not handle the "call; rejection" function. I have called my phone carrier and after 50 minutes with them they could not find out what the problem was with Samsung. I called Samsung and after an hour they could not find out what the problem was either. Now I have to inconvenience myself and per Samsung take the phone in to a Best Buy store( I did not buy the phone from Best Buy) and have a technician look at the phone. I have given up on Samsung and my next phone will be an I phone, . Goodby Samsung.
