I bought this phone charmed by the promises Samsung was making of the free Gear VR during the preorder stage. And when the time came to redeem the Gear VR the phone’s app started giving me issues with the redemption banners showing up and then not being clickable and then disappearing all throughout. I contacted Samsung multiple times for 15 days and they promised that someone will look into it, assuring me I’ll get my Gear VR as promised. When no action happened, I wrote to the seniors but still the same thing and finally I got a call by a very rude representative who told me I can do whatever I want but they can’t give me by Gear VR because of system issues with the app at my side. How does that even make sense? Very disappointed. Worst Customer service ever. #BoycottSamsung
The phone is ok, not a very extraordinary product considering you’re spending more than half a lakh rupees on it. Screen jerks up on your fingers at times while typing and camera though good is not the best. The iPhone still beats this hands down.so my suggetin is please don’t go for it at this high cost.
