i’ m a customer of Samsung tab 3. I bought in 2014, actually I got it as a present from my husband for my birthday. I was really happy by seeing the tab at the starting but later on it tested my patience a lot. here I give you my bad experience about the tab 3. when I bought it with in the a week gap, the tab’s screen went off without any notification, tab is running, touch also works but the screen used to go blank with out any notification. when I took that to near by Samsung store they took around 1 week time to know the problem. it made me feel sick about these Samsung services. later on they identified the problem and informed me that it is a faulty product you got from Samsung store. they said that the LCD connecting to screen has some loose connection problem or some thing and they said that they need to change the whole LCD screen which costs around 10, 000 to 12, 000. the actual cost of that tab along with flip cover is 23, 000 and that service provider suggests me to pay him 12000 rupees to get that LCD screen. By luck, I have one year warranty card which helped me in that situation. I showed the card to that service center and they done that thing without costing me a single penny.
but later on the tab gone to worst position. it hangs a lot, cant even open a face book messenger which says that’it cant be responding’ message all the time when ever I open.
I thought to use it for at least one year as I bought it for 23000. And now I had a huge problem with that product that it started to switch off on its own when I get a call or when I call anyone which irritates me a lot. finally I decided one thing that I will never ever buy any Samsung product and I will never suggest any one to buy that. A friend of mine is also facing the same issue.
