I am going to review tab 3 t311 which is a very good product from samsung, earlier I was using tab 3 t211 which has 7 inch screen but in this version it has 8 inch screen which is big and you can not hold it your single hand and single handle use is not possible but if you can compromise with its size than it wil be best choice.
Specification: its has 8 inch screen with resolution of 800* 1280, 5mp camera rear and 1, 3mp front cam, 1.5gb ram exynos 4212 chipset, dual core 1.5ghz with 4450 mah battery non removable which is little bit weak for a 8 inch screen.
It has 16 and 32 gb memory option which can be increased upto 64gb with sd card It has microsim slot for single sim with android 4.2.2.3g network supported. you can shoot 720 pixel video with it.about audio quality it has dolby surround with stereo speaker a gps glonass.
Performance: it never hangs but it has dual core processor which you feel little bit slow but in my opinion you can bye this
