Purchased a Samsung Tab and instereted airtel sim as suggested on samsung box to get 2gb 4G DATA. Got a sms 4g service is activated. But when I start using it my 4g free bunded offer balance and Main balance starts getting deducted. I highlighted the issue with Airtel stores, customer care on phone, nodal, appellate of airtel.
And trust me to CEO of samsung as well. But my issue is not resolved since 4th of november. Still balance is getting deducted. But samsung sold a unit and this is none of their business as service provider is airtel and Airtel the biggest network india will not revert as this is a FREE BUNDED OFFER.
Consumer is overall a loser. Lets see how long they take for a resolution.
