Dead in six months & no repair even in warranty!!

It was my first android phone after the qwerty age of smarthphones and I bought samsung young duos in 2013 diwali time for my wife just when it was launched.


I have been a samsung user for long now, its been almost a decade I have used their mobiles but since a bad experience with their service center have stopped being with them.


Although the handsets are quite good full of features which are best in class their customer service centers arent the best.


I had a previous handset samsung young duos which just went dead while charging well within the warranty period but their service center simply refused to repair it saying it was tampered.


This they said after keeping it with them for the entire day which was really baffling. I wrote to samsung but was no use at all. Even got it checked outside as whole motherboard needed to be changed which was almost the cost of the mobile.


They I feel did this deliberately to save themselves the charges which was quite a lot. So, I decided not to buy any samsung product since then.


If such a big global brand fails to service& repair mobile within warranty then its better to stay away from them.
