I was always a fitness freak so I have used many fitness bands and this was a gift to me by my friends and I have always regrettet about this beacuse of again and again uncorrected lagging feature of samsung.
This watch comes with an lcd screen which displays updates from your phone and supports Android 4.3 and up phones and has an inbuilt pedometer which is not that accurate and the amount of calories you burn are not so accurate too.
Coming to the battery backup the watch works for some 20 hours and later you have to charge it which is really a problem to charge it same like your phone again and again. And the biggest con is that it always lags. So totally I would rate this product 2.5 upon 5.
