I bought this watch in before month and now I am facing the problem of strap.
The strap is not fitting with the watch I try but its not attaching with Mattel. I have call costumer care and tell them about the problem they said you have to pay$250 for the new strap its not in warranty. They said its physically damage so you have to buy new strap I told him to I want to talk with manege but he also same reply.
Its a really big problem. Please do not buy this watch. Watch is good but have to pay so much if you will face the problem of strap.
