I bought a Samsung GT B5722 just three weeks back and just in 1 week I realized that this is the worst phone of my life with very bad processor speed..very less functionality...even the available functionality was not working..I even contacted the service center and they agreed to change the hardware because the reinstalling the software din’t work...but the worst thing was that even new hardware also dint work.
Then when I asked service center guys to fix that ..they just said that they can’t do anything much for that prob..now I am clueless what should I do...now I am realizing that I have just wasted my 9000 Rs on this phone....I even talked to customer care for asking about the next step but they also dint tell me that how I can escalate it..This is the worst mistake of my life to buy this phone because whenever I see that I curse myself bcoz of buying this set. :(
