I bought a Samsung inverter AC 2 ton in 2016 and I have been facing problems with that AC right from the beginning. So far Ive changed the fan motor and now that mother board has gone back. I registered a complaint on 21st April 2020 with Samsung customer care and its 8th June 2020 today and they still havent resolved the issue. The AC is lying disassembled in the living room since 12th May and they havent come back yet. They have stopped taking my calls. I payed them 2100 rupees for the mother board and I think that money has also gone to waste. Samsung has the most horrible customer service when it comes to ACs. I also own LG ACs and I have never faced such issue with them.
