Hello friends, Picture Quality This LED having very good quality Picture. its sound quality its good and very clean sound quality and classical sound and picture colors very good.as it has value of money is high but so many features are there I have seen best.Samsung provide a very good support service if uh have any complain with this you can directly contack to samsung service.I recommend this for movie watchers that it can stream many formats of video via USB flash drive. even a 1080 quality too.
