Hi, I have samsung karishma washing machine. Recently, there was some problem occurred in the machine, hence I called up to samsung customer care. After that one person Mr. Sridhar has visited at my house to repair the machine. For that he charged 400/- rupees. Again after three days machine stopped working and we called-up the person again. this time he charged 2300/- for the visit and changed few parts of the machine. Again after one week, machine stopped working and we are chasing behind samsung people to get it repair.
I personally feel, Samsung has hired some really unqualified people just to give trouble to the customers and to make money out of the dead products. If somebody can help me in this regard, please call me @9880978161
