Dear friends today i will share my real experience about samsung karisma washing machine. Friends i have bought this washing machine about one year ago. The rate of this washing machine is around 10000 to 15000 .i have bought this washing machine in amount of 13700 . But i am very disappointed to purchase that washing machine becouse that washing machine did not complete my needs. It does not work properly. It is very heavy also. Its working is also very slow.it is very expensive also with respect to its features. So i will not recomend you to purchase karisma washing machine
