We bought a LA26A450C1 few years back and yesterday it broke down. I called up CC and they registered my complaint and promised to get it repaired.
The service engineer who visited me said it ll cost me around 4 and half k if I repair through samsung...and if he does it personally he’ll repair it for just 2k (2 of them were there)!
First they sell poor quality product on top of it, such pathetic customer service.
