I bought this 32 inch LCD TV to replace the ageing 21 inch sony CRT TV. It looks good and the picture is superb. I get the signal through cable and the sound output is therefore is Mono. The sound quality is satisfactory. It also came with a HD DVD player and the connections is easy and the setup is even more easy as it takes you through steps when you first switch it on.
It has good connectivity with component and HDMI inputs in addition to analog and provision for PC input. The Picture in Picture option is available between PC and TV or TV and HDMI DVD player. It does not work for 2 seperate TV channels. Remote feels quite good in the hands and appears well built. It also comes with stand and wall mounting facility. The service is somewhat lacking.
I was told that people from samsung would come the next day to set it up. Nobody came and I am able enough to do it myself. After 2 days they sent their technician for a demonstration. They have few service centres compared to Sony. Hopefully I may not need them for a while.
