This is to inform Samsung customer support, if you guys claim best customer services you should know how to speak with a customer your agent Sohal arnab do not know how to speak with a customer. I purchased 1 samsung lcd 40 inch and request for installation with Ref No 8446529964.
I was asked by customer support that on 8-Oct-12 engineer would come and install it, but was not able to receive call on that day, and then on 9-Oct-12 I called again to check the status support guy gave me phone no of engineer neeraj called him he advice that I have to launch request again. So called again.
After sometime receive call from sohal, and that guy told why I am call again and again on their support no and was very rude to me and was not ready to listen.
So it was one of the worst experiences with samsung and I guess this was my 1st and last purchase with you guys......you guys s*ck!!!!
