The device has also failed to boot up on multiple occasions, resulting in lost productivity and stress. The supposed ’reliability’ and ’durability’ touted by Samsung are nowhere to be seen.
Unless you want to risk losing your valuable data, I would strongly advise against investing in this product. Samsung needs to improve the quality and performance of their hard disks to justify the price tag.
