I had been using this microwave oven from a long time and my experience till now has been a worry free.Never ever had any complain from it from past many years.It is also very easy to clean the whole microwave which was mentioned along with it.Never had to report to samsung for any problem for this awesome microwave.
The microwave has lot of features which are really fun to use and helpful in nature.the design of the microwave is really pleasing and looks perfect in my kitchen.Many utilities has been provided with the microwave which are really helpful.It looks nice and has a very sturdy design.I prepare many things in microwave.which includes pizzas, cakes etc.i will definitely recommend this microwave for everyone who need something other than using gas stove and saving there time.
