This article is based on our personal experience about Samsung Laser Printers, and their after sales service for their product.
Samsung is a big name and a big company, a multi national company with 1000’s of branches world wide, and they show in their adds on TV and News paper about their best after sales service.
But... we have purchased Samsung Laser Printers, ML-1600 Series on 25th June 2006, and uptill 22nd July the printer got stucked and started making noise of its gears due to paper jam, we launched complain with Samsung toll free No. 1800 1100 11 on 23rd July, and we were told that their service person will come on the next day, and he no one arrived on our site, and we again gave them a call, they said that we will receive call from their service center within few minutes, but hours passed and we dint received any call, we kept on calling them and they kept on giving false promises, Finally... samsung service person arrived on 2nd Aug and he some how manged to start our printer by changing its gear, and he also made a samsung product printout which shows how many pages we have printed in this many days, it showed we have printed 304 pages uptill 22nd July and it also showed to spots on its cartridge, and he told us to go and dump the cartridge with samsung service center next day, but unfortunately... printer again got stucked and stopped working, and since then we have been complianing with samsung and as usual we have been receiving their false promises daily, but they are not bothered to give after sales service for their product, only they do is just give false promises to the customer and get rid for the time being.
After all it is Samsung and my views regarding their product and after sales service is worst, they are just bothered to sell their product, but they are so very careless regarding their after sales service, we have been firing them on phone and they seems to be unmoved by our problem and calls. I would request to every dear reader not to purchase any product from samsung, because if at all they purchase any product from samsung then they are surely crying to get after sales service from samsung.
