Poor service support by samsung service centre

I purchased Samsung ML-2850D lasterjet printer, for the few months printer was working fine.  When the cartridge of the printer exhausted the problem starts from then & there itself.  After refilling the catridge it was not working, we have contacted the service centre, and the printer has been sent to the service centre.  My printer is lying with the service centre since more that a month, whenever we call service centre they told that the printer is pending for replacement of some part, or some times the concerned person is not available.  What type of service this company is providing if they could not replace a small part of the printer for more than a month.  the printer worked approximately 3 months and it is under warranty.


The services of the company are very very poor and totally dis-satisfactorily.
