This laptop I purchased from a authorised dealer of samsung.I own a samsung tv also and my friends told that samsung builds quality products , so I just purchased this trusting samsung.But this product is not worth believing.
This laptop has 4 gb ram ddr3 ram , then it has 320 gb of internal hard disk at 5600 rpm .It also has a web camera embedded in the bezel in the front.there are stereo speakers present to offer you souund .it has big and bright display , but after all these features the build quality is very poor.After using it for just 7 months it stopped working .It was overheating a lot and I got it checked at a samsung care center , well they asked me to give them time to check , after few days they told that the motherboard is blown off and they need to send to service center in kanpur .It was a full one month at that service center still my laptop was not repaired. called the service center to check about the time which is taken by them. They told that parts are not available and it will take more time so I mailed them and asked for a refund and a quick disposal of my grievance. Still they tried to make me wait. Finally I had to give them warning that I will file a court case against them for not providing me with proper service and cheating me. Then they told me to give back the original bill and the original box of the laptop and finally refunded my amount. Such pathetic service I was shocked to see from a renowed company like samsung.I will never recommend samsung laptops to anyone now.
