Recently I have purchased this laptop from amazon and it was worst purchase of my life. this laptop is very low quality laptop it has very poor performance.this laptop is made of poor quality plastic which breaks easily. on the other side sound quality of laptop was also very poor. the quality of sound is so irritating you can’t even listen audio properly. this laptop disconnects wifi randomly.battery life of laptop is also not upto mark. I have poor experience with this laptop. it is not user friendly product please do not buy. within three months only the keyboard of laptop got problem. for me this laptop was not so reliable and it has very poor level of satisfaction for me. it has 0 value for money total wastage of money so do not buy. one day the laptop screen stops working and laptop was under warranty and I took it to the customer care even they refused to repair my laptop under warranty. so service & support wise I am very disappointed by samsung. I do not recommend this laptop to any one please do not waste your money.
