I bought a SF411 Samsung notebook in Jan 2011.
My laptop’s windows crashed, so I used the Samsung recovery. But it again crashed and then the recovery as well as anything else stopped working. I visited your service center in Gurgaon, they said the hard disc had crashed and I would have to get a new hard disc installed for 4500 rupees, that too only 500GB, not the original 640GB HD.
My pics and all other important data was lost. How can a genuine hard disc crash in just 2 yrs of using a laptop, without any physical damage, etc? I am using a HP laptop since 2006, and its doing wonders till now.
Pathetic quality used by Samsung.
