I ma useing this laptop from previous four year. it is vey good in use and design. it use is very confort and reliable.
this is easy to use nad reliable.
first thing the battery backup is too much strong about 4 Hour.
the extra functionality like function key with their own function is makes it awesome.
it is ease to use.
it is very durable in nature. because I am useing it and it regularly useing 50 to 60 hour without geting stop.
but not getes any problum yet.
the value of money with respect to other is too economy.
it gives in low money in great advance technology.
I am not more about it service and support. because my laptop have not ever get damaged either software and hardware. but I think it better to support nd service.
now a days samsung laptop has stoped marketing .; why I dont know.
but I think it must to be back with theit latest technology and advace feater,
it must be back in market.
