This laptop is very to use because of the microsoft windows which anyone can use and is very simple to use.The quality of the samsung laptops is really poor as compared to it’s other rivals.No it’s not durable the battery backup of the Laptop is about 1/30 hours which is really bad for daily use.No I would say go for anyother laptop in this budget that would be a value for money.The service is overall average and the support is really poor.
