I personally don’t use this laptop but my brother had this Samsung NP350V5X S01 Laptop. Its speed is amazing.
Talking technically RAM is better as compared to other laptops in the markets. Its User friendly also. It works on WIndows Operating System.As compared to the brand it is the cheapest type of laptop with a good sum of money.I personally would say that their customer support is too amazing and helpful by their nature.
I do call up to their customer support they are also provide satisfactory service.
