I am using this laptop from over 7 years. but not a single problem it had till last month.
A worst thing happened to it last month that its one of the speakers stopped working.
I am saying it as a worst incident because speakers of this laptop are simply awesome. SAMSUNG really worked well in this case.
One mare thing I want to share with you is the ability of this laptop to bear rough and tough use.
I dropped my laptop down from my bed on naked floor 7 times till now. nothing happened to it. but now a days I am facing loose contact issue with the battery. I know its because of my mistakes.
So If you want to buy a great package in low price.
Ease of service is great
Quality and Durability is awesome
