This is the general review of Samsung Smart TV. I kindly request everyone not to prefer Samsung TV. The product is not worth for money. People are attracted by the appearance and style of it. The quality of the picture is not clear and not good. The customer care executives are very rude and don’t know how to handle the customers.
My friend had purchased the Samsung Plano TV from Viveks. It worked good in the beginning. Later the picture quality becomes unclear. Within 1 year, she got an issue with LED display and stereo speakers.
She was unable to auto-tune the channel since remote control is damaged and an easy to use remote control.
She has given for the service almost 2 to 3 times within 1 year of purchase. She was totally frustrated and decided to buy a new TV other than Samsung brand.
