Very Bad

I now feel contempt for such a big Samsung company. Even though I have been your regular customer and I have had disinterested talk from customer care. I will never accept Samsung company for my friends and relatives who don’t care about me.   The behavior of the employees of the company towards the customers is also not good.   Called customer care and admitted that 3-4 out of 100 Samsung products are defective. Samsung Care avoids saying that the TV is damaged due to improper use by the customer. Also after 3 years the TV will not work. When I showed it to a technician, he said that the Samsung TV panel is of low quality. This is the second TV in 4 years. It is also for the same reasons. So I give up on Samsung products.
