11th day and panel failed. As if they planned to make sure the tv lasts only until replacement period- 10days and the very next day the panel failed. Had an awful experience. Will never ever buy Samsung TV.
Customer service- worst to the power infinity. Customer care will not serve you properly. Its been more than a week that I am waiting for replacement of TV and its not yet done. They are saying they are analysing the issue.
Behaviour of customer service- you have made a pathetic decision by buying Samsung product. Now, face the sufferings!
