I bought side by side refrigerator of Samsung from Vijay Sales in 2020 and has not been working properly for last 2 months . After repair 2 times the issue of no cooling and water leakage continues. On 7th October the repair guy told us there is some internal leakage which we cannot figure out the source of and the refrigerator is not repairable.
Post that we are told that the company will refund 52% of the total amount cutting 48% depreciation. Such expensive products from big brands like Samsung and their life is just till their warranty period . Very poor service
