Bad fridge and worst customer service

The fridge has been creating problems from day one. Water leakage issue will happen every year since we bought it and I have been raising service request and get it fixed. This has been n yearly phenomenon. This time same issue and Samsung technician came by broke my fridge while trying to open the freezer. They damaged the cooling cord and cut the gas pipe. This guy after doing it just rushed out of the house leaving his tools at our place.


It’s been 2 weeks since then and I have been following religiously with the customer care with them making false promises that someone is scheduled to visit in the next 3 hrs. Nothing has happened since that incident. This is a horrible company with zero accountability. Took a pledge that will never buy a Samsung product as they have no accountability.
