With reference to the above-mentioned product, complaint was raised directly with Samsung care thrice ( 24th June, 25th June and 01st July) wherein they denied taking the complaint and mentioned since that the product is not purchased from ONLINE hence we will not be assisting, but the compressor warranty is for 10 years from the date of Purchase – still no support received from SAMSUNG CARE.
We called up Reliance digital from where we had purchased the product and we raised the concern "no cooling - problem in refrigerator" on 24/06/2025.
Service Engineer visited our house on 25th June 2025 and informed compressor must be replaced and he must order them as those spare parts will not be in stock, also mentioned it will take approximately 5-7 days to fix it.
During this period of 05-07 days, no feedback/ update received from Reliance digital or from Samsung.
Again, followed up at Reliance digital on 01st July and they mentioned it will take 7- 10 days ( time period increased from 5-7, now it is turned to 07-10 days) and the part is in transit.
More than 10 days completed hence again called on 10th July and followed up. They mentioned it is still in transit and the issue will be sorted ASAP, But the ASAP date is infinite.

Today it is already 15/07/2025, from the past 20 days I am suffering just because of SAMSUNG and their service centres Reliance digital for not resolving the issue.
why is then the warranty given, where you can’t fulfil it on time?
I am expecting proper resolution for the problem created by Samsung fridge.
