I brought my french door refrigerator around 2 year back, now compressor got failed, I never saw any other brand who’s compressor is failing so early, samsung technician analysis within 2 minutes is that need to change compressor but along with that PCB also need to change as it is mandatory, old pcb not work with new compressor ( whats the logic?, isn’t Samsung looting it ?). I need to pay for new PCB, though compressor is under warranty but I need to pay for GAS fill, also need to pay for service charges. It has been around 6 days and everyday I am calling Samsung support and service center and just asked to provide diagnose report and estimation but they are not providing it, isn’t it obvious as Samsung is doing fraud as well.


I would request all, whatever offer you are getting from Samsung, don’t purchase samsung refrigerator.
