I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with both the product quality and the after-sales service provided by your company. Since the time of purchase, our refrigerator has consistently faced cooling problems. Over the past 1.5 years, we have registered approximately 11 complaints regarding this issue. Unfortunately, despite multiple service visits, no permanent or effective solution has been offered.
Each time the issue recurs, we are advised to register a new complaint, which has not only caused considerable inconvenience but also raised serious concerns about the reliability of the product and the responsiveness of your service department.
We have repeatedly requested either a replacement of the product or a permanent resolution of the issue. However, no concrete action has been taken by Samsung to address our concerns.
I would like to formally request that Samsung either replace the faulty product immediately or provide a lasting and reliable solution without further delay. Failing to do so would leave us with no choice but to escalate this matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities.
As a customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing and time-consuming. I sincerely hope Samsung will take this matter seriously and uphold its commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.
