I just want to share my recent experience with Samsung Customer Service/Centre . I had cooling problem with samsung fridge and contacted them through helpline nos .Their engineer came and told that some parts need to ordered & replaced which would come within 4 days but actually it came after 8 days .
They replaced the part and as per them the problem was rectified and charged me Rs 1700 .- for the same and then after 2 days again the cooling as stopped .Called engineer again and they told that now its perfect . After 2 days fridge had stopped cooling again and now they are telling that there is a problem with condenser and they wont be able to repair the fridge .
Samsung Engineers are totally helpless now in repairing there own Brand . Functioning of fridge is very essential since medicine of my parents are stored but Samsung service is so pathetic and they dont have any empathy for customer problem.
I had raised more than 20 complains through mail and customer helpline nos but they are non responsive .
Further they are closing the customer request without even attending the complain . Few complain nos are as below
