In Oct’22 I purchased a Samsung single door refrigerator from Vasanth and Co, Purusaiwalkam, Chennai who deals with the Samsung fridge.
From that day onwards my bad fate started. From the next day onwards the Freezer gets filled with Ice blocks. Initially we thought it was due to some temperature setting problem and we tried to change the temperature and monitor. But there was no change at all.
We had to defrost every single day for getting rid off this. Once you defrost, the tub behind the fridge will get filled and all the water will be on the floor. Every day you have to monitor the temperature of the fridge and clean the back tray other wise you take leave sit at home and clean the floor.
From Samsung point of view, this appears to be quite a normal thing. Every customer is well known about this and are accepting it.
I have never seen like this in my 10-15 year old model fridge.
I wonder why the technology is going down or Samsung has cheated us as we were not told about this "new technology update" while purchasing the fridge.
