Any customer who thinks of purchasing Samsung refrigerator should think twice before purchasing such product. He / She should purchase the product only if he expects no after sales service from Samsung
My Service Request 4375040028 for refrigerator model RT42K5468SL/TL. Every second year some issue keep comming in this model. THis summer Gas leakage is there. But Samsung does not spare parts available in NCR Region. They told that they need to procure gass tube from chennai and it will take 7-10 daysto get the cooling gas leakage issue resolved.
If we call Call centre, there is not good response when it will be fixed. We got reply part is ordered and is in Transit. Delhi NCR is big region for white goods. Local vendor can arrange things but this company does not bother for after sales service.
After sales service is pathetic on account of spare parts availability.
SO THINK twice, Thrice to but Samsung products
