I have purchased Samsung refrigerator only 5 years ago and now it’s compressor is gone. When I filed a complaint in the company they are not bothered at all regarding my complaint and not sending any technician despite of the fact that it’s extremely hot conditions in my area. Moreover 3 technicians visited my residence and all 3 tells me different fault in the refrigerator. They are not bothered to solve the problem at the earliest and delaying it.Please don’t buy any of the Samsung product otherwise you have to regret yours decision.
