Complaint was registered regarding my side by side fridge on 13/04/2024. The fridge is in warranty period. It was not cooling on the freezer side.
Contacted customer care and token number is 4391533197.
Issue was not resolved.
Mangalore service Center people are horrible with their service and they lied to me saying dryer was spoilt with out even checking it!!
And then they were not responding inspite of calling them repeatedly seeking service. Mr Raj Kiran is the mangalore service Center incharge and he is the one who kept telling lies. I will attach his what’s app msg screen shot.
Next I contacted online Samsung customer care repeatedly seeking help but they keep saying they’ll arrange call back from supervisor and even regional manager. I could only speak to different supervisors and they all promised to resolve the issue and I never received any call back from regional manager!!! Every time they told I’ll receive call from regional manager but I never did.
Every time I call them I spend more than 30 min in explaining the same thing again and again and yet no solution.
