Pathetic service from Samsung e store

I bought a fridge from Samsung e store. I must say they have pathetic system in place. I misspell my email id while ordering the product. I immediately call the cc and they told me, it ca not even change. its over a week now and product is not yet packed / shipped. are we living in a stone age where things move at a turtle pace. I even requested the cancellation of the order but CC team is not ready to accept that also. I made a big mistake by ordering from samsung e store. I am writing here so that others will not make same mistake,
